Officially opened on the evening of September 4, 2026, the pilot “Night Park” model, implemented by Nomura Real Estate Vietnam Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Phu My Hung Corporation, has attracted numerous visitors to enjoy and experience the space.
Located at P2 Park in the Phu My Hung City Center (Tan Hung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), this unique initiative was designed to provide the community with a free space for relaxation and creativity under the theme: “A park to play — regardless of the rainy season or time of day”. Night Park is designed to be enjoyed rain or shine; it embraces the rain, incorporating it into its recreational activities. Furthermore, the park serves as a “square of lights”, with extended operating hours that keep the space vibrant even after nightfall.
The Night Park event at P2 the park is open daily from 15:00 to 20:00 for a two-month pilot period (September 4 – November 1, 2026). It features two distinctive experience zones: Night Square and Rain Park. These areas offer a variety of entertainment and relaxation activities, such as water-splashing games, tree planting, workshops on rainwater collection and treatment, and mist-cooling areas.
